The Brand New Wear-Resistant Explosion-Proof Star Discharger High Temperature Rotary Discharge Valve is also named electric dust valve, it is compose of motor,  small-tooth difference planet reducer, cycloidal reducer, Rotor blade tripper.it is devided two series and 60 specification. square flange is A type,circle flange is B type.

For usage of Brand New Wear-Resistant Explosion-Proof Star Discharger High Temperature Rotary Discharge Valve, the user should noted: 

1, It is continuous running duty-type, and allow Forward and reverse operation.
2, Don't Hammer directly to prevent damage for Input shaft and output shaft.
3, Keep smooth running, to avoid collision that  hurt shell rupture, deformation, etc

4, We have added No. 00 grease and lithium base grease for reducer and dust valve before the factory, you should change the grease after 6—10 months. You should shorten time of  chanfing oli especially for higher temperature, moisture or more dusts

5, If find gas leakage and ash leakage, securely tighten the screw of the cover or change asbestos packing.

6, The user should use the machine according to instructions,and check it regulary
