The DSZ series vibrating dust humidifier is an advanced dust humidification equipment developed by our factory as an upgrade to the DS series. By incorporating a vibration system, it retains the features of the DS series while overcoming issues like dust adhesion to the pipe walls, significantly expanding its applicability.
The DSZ series humidifying mixer consists of four main components:
Uniform feeding system
Blade conveyor system
Mixing and humidification chamber
Vibration system
It is equipped with electrical control and water supply systems, all mounted on a single frame. The drum is supported by four sets of elastic elements. During operation, the high-frequency vibration generated by the excitation device maintains a consistent gap between the drum wall and the mixing shaft, which:
